The frame is wooden, reinforced with 4 steel plate bars. The strings are attached to the tuning pegs from the bottom. This design feature, which resulted in an extended size of the tuning pegs, significantly complicates the tuning process. There are 2 pedals mounted in a “lyre”. The case is tinted black and brown.
